Refund and Cancellation Policy

All changes, cancellations, refunds, fees and penalties are subject to the applicable airline, hotel, fare and booking conditions. We will communicate any applicable charges and restrictions to you before processing a change wherever reasonably possible.

Can I change my name after my ticket has been issued?

Name changes are subject to the rules of the airline and the type of ticket purchased. Where permitted, the airline may charge a name-change fee or penalty. Some airlines, however, do not allow name changes after a ticket has been issued. You should therefore contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in the passenger's name.

Can I change my ticket after it has been issued, such as the date, time or route?

Changes to the travel date, flight time or route may be permitted, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket and the rules of the airline operating the flight. Depending on those rules, changes may be allowed free of charge, allowed subject to a change fee or penalty, or not permitted at all. Any difference in fare or other applicable airline charges may also need to be paid before the change is confirmed.

How can I change my flight after completing a booking?

If your booking has been completed but you have not yet made payment, you can make changes free of charge by rebooking the correct itinerary through our website. You can also contact us through any of our official communication channels. We will assist you with the changes and send the revised booking to you by email.

How do I cancel my ticket?

To request cancellation, contact us through any of our official communication channels and provide your booking details and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, unless the applicable airline or ticket rules provide otherwise. Whether you are entitled to a refund, and the amount of any refund, will depend on the fare conditions and the airline's applicable cancellation and refund rules.

I missed my flight and want to reschedule. Will I have to pay for the change?

If you miss your scheduled flight, any option to reschedule will depend on the rules of your ticket and the airline. Some airlines may allow a no-show change or rebooking, subject to a fee. Other tickets may have stricter conditions, including restrictions on changes or refunds. Any applicable airline fees, penalties, fare differences or other charges must be paid before the new flight can be confirmed.

Can I transfer my flight ticket to another person if I cannot travel?

Generally, flight tickets are not transferable. This means that you normally cannot change the passenger on the ticket to another person. If you are unable to travel, you may instead be eligible for a refund, depending on the fare conditions and the airline's refund policy.

Service and admin fees

Where an airline allows a full refund, our travel agency admin fee still applies, and the refund processed to you will exclude our service / admin fee. Airlines impose their own penalties for cancellations; these are stated in the itinerary sent with your booking.

Can I pay online for changes to my flight ticket or hotel voucher?

Yes. If you need to make changes to your flight ticket or hotel booking, contact us through any of our official communication channels. Where payment is required, we will provide you with an official online payment link to make the necessary payment securely. Your requested change will only be processed or confirmed after any applicable payment has been received and the change has been accepted under the relevant airline or hotel rules.
