Booking Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS & ITINERARY

The reference number on your booking is confirmed and the same can be verified with the airlines/ hotel. Kindly check your Booking carefully for correct Dates, Times of all flights and that all passengers names are correct as per their passport. 

It is the passenger's/traveler's/dealing hand's/customer's/client's responsibility to check their details on booking. No name changes are allowed once the PNR is created or the ticket is issued. In case the name is incorrect it can be changed only if airlines/ hotels allow it. Also, we will not be held responsible for any errors in the ticket/ itinerary after the same has been confirmed by the passenger/ traveler/ dealing hand/ customer/ client. It is therefore, imperative that the itinerary is checked carefully by the traveller/ dealing hand.

 

ETICKETS

E-tickets are issued within 48hours of making the payment. In the event you do not receive the e-ticket from us please contact the Travel Agency. In the event the booking is a group booking, the eticket is delivered 48rhs before travel.

HOTEL VOUCHER

All hotel bookings are done after the payment is made and vouchers issued. If the hotel cancels the booking due to any reason and authorises a refund the admin fee mentioned at the time of hotel booking will be charged. The hotel Terms & Conditions will be sent separately in the voucher or in an email. Kindly, make sure to check all the details before you proceed to book.

INVOICES

After booking tickets, hotels, holiday packages, excursions or any other services that require payment, the customer is liable to receive our company's invoice. Under no circumstances we (Ticketing Partners) are responsible to provide our internal invoices related to airlines/ consolidators. Our dealings with the airlines/ consolidators are internal matters and we are under no obligation to provide information or invoices related to the aforementioned parties to passenger/traveler/dealing hand/customer/client. Please make sure that you collect your invoice along with the ticket if not automatically sent to you. If you possess a GST number please share with us so we may add it to the invoice.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

We do not deal in Visa therefore, please refer to the local consulate for Visa requirements.

 

FARES

Prices quoted at time of booking or enquiry are not guaranteed until paid in full. Fares are subject to change according to availability since, the airlines industry runs on dynamic pricing the fare can go up or down as per the availability of seats in the flight.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

Cancellation and change in dates may vary according to class or fare rules on which the ticket is issued. Please refer to your itinerary for cancellation and date change charges. Some tickets may be non-refundable and non-changeable. The admin fee for cancelling a ticket is per passenger and will be mentioned in the itinerary itself. The tickets with flexibility can be changed by paying penalty plus fare difference (which varies according to the availability). Cancellation charges mentioned in the itinerary are final and binding and cannot be disputed since you accepted our Terms and Conditions while proceeding to book with us. 

REFUNDS

Any refund of flight tickets or hotels vary therefore, there is no definite time period within which the refund will be processed. It will be informed to you at the time of booking when the refund is expected to reflect. There will be an admin fee of INR500 applicable per passenger charged for every booking even when the airlines is providing the refund in full and the balance (after charging admin fee) of only the amount which we receive from the airlines will be refunded. The refund would not include any kind of booking charges or any other charges viz, credit card fee, consolidator charges. Under unforeseen circumstances, natural calamity, a pandemic or any other event occurred the refund processed would be the balance after charging INR500 (in case of airlines) admin fee from the amount we receive from the airlines and not the amount paid by the passenger/ customer/ client. No refund will be provided for the tickets that are non-refundable under any circumstances. For refunds of hotels the admin fee remains the same as INR500. In case of holiday packages the admin fee varies and will be mentioned in the package itinerary. Please note that the admin fee in any form is non refundable.

CHECKED BAGGAGE

The baggage varies from airlines to the classes booked. Please ask for more information about baggage from our consultant.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.
